Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Rapid Career (a brand by Zifari International), we value the trust you place in our educational programs. Because our primary offerings are digital products (Webinars, Recorded Sessions, and Downloadable Resources), we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
- Refund Eligibility
We offer a 2-day (48-hour) Money-Back Guarantee for our “1-Day Data Entry Webinar” and related training programs.
Request Window: You must submit your refund request within 48 hours of your purchase or before the start of the live session (whichever comes first).
Condition: If you have accessed more than 50% of the recorded content or downloaded the proprietary “Verified Job Sources List/Resume Templates,” we reserve the right to decline the refund request as the intellectual property has already been consumed.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
Resume Building Services: Once the draft has been delivered to you.
Website Services: Single-page website or domain registration services, as these involve third-party costs (domain/hosting) that cannot be recovered.
Reselling Products: Low-cost digital downloads or “Reselling Product” webinars .
- Cancellation Policy
Webinars: You may cancel your registration at any time. However, a refund will only be processed if the request meets the 48-hour criteria mentioned in Section 1.
Rescheduling: If you cannot attend a live session, we typically provide lifetime access to the recording. You may request to move your registration to a future batch at no extra cost, subject to availability.
- Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Email us at contact@rapidcareer.in from your registered email ID.
Include your Order ID and the Reason for Refund (this helps us improve our services).
Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 5-7 working days.
- Duplicate Payments
In case of a technical error resulting in a double payment for the same course, the duplicate amount will be refunded 100% within 3-5 working days upon verification. - Contact Information
